To provide our services, we store information about your customers so that you can offer and manage your content. We collect the name and email address of each paying and/or registered customer. This information is needed for processing payments, authentication, or otherwise administering access to your content. If you request additional information during the checkout process using non-required (voluntary) custom fields, we will also collect and store this information. It is your responsibility to ensure that information requested in the custom user fields is collected lawfully. We recommend consulting with legal counsel to ensure the privacy of your customers.
As a Cinesoft client, you can access and remove your customer data via the delete function if a customer wishes to no longer access your content and wants all their data deleted.
Some transactions between your customers and your site on the Cinesoft platform may involve payment by credit card, debit card, and/or third-party online payment services. In such transactions, we will collect information related to the transaction to verify and provide access to your content, including the card type, last 4 digits of the card, card expiration date, email address (in the event of payment via PayPal), date of transaction, amount of transaction, and origin of the transaction (e.g., via the web platform or in-app purchase). Other transaction information will remain with and be secured by the payment processing company (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
We may collect and store certain information about your interaction with Cinesoft’s website and services, including cookies, IP addresses, browser type, device type, location, Internet service provider (ISP), entry and exit pages, operating systems, time/date stamps, and other related data.
